Hormone Yoga is widely considered to be an effective treatment to hormonal disorders. The series enables you to restore your hormonal balance naturally.
Is Hormone Yoga suitable for me? Hormone Yoga is suitable and accessible for all women (no prior yoga experience required). The series is easy to learn and does not require you to be flexible. Women with hormone related complaints e.g. menopause (before and after), fertility problems, PCOS, PMS, hormone related depression, acne, thyroid imbalance can benefit from practicing the series.
What is Hormone Yoga? Hormone Yoga is a series of specific yoga poses and techniques that target the thyroid, piturity gland, adrenals, and ovaries. By practicing regularly it can bring balance to your hormone system.
How do I learn the series? The Hormone Yoga series is taught in workshop- or private lesson form. You will be taught the series so that you can practice it yourself. A handy booklet will be provided that will guide you through the series. Followup sessions can be arrange on request.
Hormone Yoga Private lessons Private lessons Hormone Yoga are possible for 1 or 2 people at the same time at a nice and pleasant location in Woerden (central in Holland, near Utrecht).
